May Is National Physical Fitness & Sports Month

The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition have partnered to make May its National Physical Fitness & Nutrition month. Their goal is to encourage everyone to go play and #MoveInMay. You can read more about their celebration on their website, here.
